This is travesty. A nation that treats it’s Soldiers in this manner doesn’t deserve to be a nation. There are a couple things wrong with this in regards to the Constitution alone, never mind simple common sense.

First there’s the issue of the Second Amendment. It is constantly being violated by the District of Columbia, in that they do everything in their illegal power to confiscate, or prevent gun ownership. And I thought California was bad.

Then there’s the issue of the Fourth Amendment. Yeah, the one that states: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

The MPD violated this one straight up.

If it were me they did this to, they’d put my name over the MPD HQ when I was done with them.

This is a series of articles on this by Emily Miller, here’s the first:

MILLER: Iraq vet brutalized over guns in D.C.

The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) seems to have it out for our military. The department is using the city’s pointless firearm registration mandate to harass, arrest and jail servicemen.

Army 1st Sergeant Matthew Corrigan was woken in the middle of the night, forced out of his home, arrested, had his home ransacked, had his guns seized and was thrown in jail — where he was lost in the prison system for two weeks — all because the District refuses to recognize the meaning of the Second Amendment. This week, the city dropped all charges against Sgt. Corrigan, but the damage done to this reservist cannot be so easily erased.

This story will describe how Sgt. Corrigan went from sleeping at home at night to arrested. Subsequent installments of the series will cover the home raid without a warrant, the long-term imprisonment and the coverup by MPD.

There’s a link to the next one in the series. There are three at the moment.

I’d sue these douche bags until my name was placed over city hall if they did this shit to me.

In case you didn’t know, or are just a liberal moron, here’s what the 4th amendment states:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

All of that was violated with this one incident. Police state anyone?

Police Stop, Handcuff Every Adult at Intersection in Search for Bank Robber

Police in Aurora, Colo., searching for suspected bank robbers stopped every car at an intersection, handcuffed all the adults and searched the cars, one of which they believed was carrying the suspect.

Police said they had received what they called a “reliable” tip that the culprit in an armed robbery at a Wells Fargo bank committed earlier was stopped at the red light.

“We didn’t have a description, didn’t know race or gender or anything, so a split-second decision was made to stop all the cars at that intersection, and search for the armed robber,” Aurora police Officer Frank Fania told ABC News.

Officers barricaded the area, halting 19 cars.

“Cops came in from every direction and just threw their car in front of my car,” Sonya Romero, one of the drivers who was handcuffed, told ABC News affiliate KMGH-TV in Denver.

From there, the police went from car to car, removing the passengers and handcuffing the adults.

This is criminal behavior by a government entity that thinks it is itself above the law. Mr. Kim should attempt to sue the the police department and the district attorney for theft of personal property and violating his civil rights.

Keep the pressure up on these lawless fucks, or you will lose all your rights.

The one and only thing you should ever say to a cop is “I want a lawyer.” Anything else is suicide.

If you are asked if they can search your car, say no. If they ask why, say no. They have to have probable cause to search your vehicle. If they had it, they wouldn’t ask.

Don’t fuck yourself over. LAWYER UP!

MILLER: Injured vet’s guns stolen by D.C.

By Emily Miller

After being injured on his second tour of duty in Afghanistan, Lt. Augustine Kim spent the night in a D.C. jail for possessing unregistered guns.

Mr. Kim was transporting his firearms from his parents’ house in New Jersey to South Carolina when he stopped at Walter Reed in Washington for a medical appointment in the summer of 2010.

After being pulled over, handcuffed, arrested, thrown in jail overnight, his guns were confiscated by the city.

In the end, the platoon leader felt forced to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge, which was later dismissed, but the District still refuses to return to him $10,000 worth of firearms and parts. The national guardsman will deploy to Kosovo this summer. The city should return his property before he leaves to serve our nation overseas for the third time.

This is just too funny not to post.
The cop in this instance will be harassed until he retires for this one.
Dickhead comes to mind right off the bat.

New York Woman Arrested For Striking Cop In Forehead With Pink Sex Toy

An upstate New York woman was arrested early today after she allegedly threw a pink sex toy at a cop, who was struck in the forehead by the foot-long device.

Lisa Anderson, 47, was booked on a harassment charge after a Watertown Police Department patrolman was dispatched to a residence in response to a call about an unwanted visitor.

While answering the 3 AM call, Officer Jonathan Pitts encountered Anderson on the fourth floor of a State Street apartment building. It was there that Anderson allegedly struck Pitts in the head with the sex toy. The cop was apparently not injured.

This is so prevalent in the MFM that it needs to be posted and rebutted.

It is NOT illegal to film cops! Never has been.

Now the First Circuit has ruled that to be the case. It is NOT illegal to film cops.

Cops have been know to harass people that are filming them and trying to convince them that it is illegal to film them. That is either willful ignorance, or just a straight out lie. I tend to lean towards the latter.

Appeals Court Rules It Is Not Illegal To Film Police

Paul Joseph Watson

Americans still being arrested for recording cops as a consequence of mass hoax

Despite the mass hoax still being promulgated by both the mainstream media and local authorities across America, the First Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that it is not illegal for citizens to videotape police officers when they are on public duty.

“The filming of government officials while on duty is protected by the First Amendment, said the Court,” reports Daily Tech.

“The filming of government officials engaged in their duties in a public place, including police officers performing their responsibilities, fits comfortably within these principles [of protected First Amendment activity].,” said the Court. “Gathering information about government officials in a form that can readily be disseminated to others serves a cardinal First Amendment interest in protecting and promoting the free discussion of governmental affairs,” stated the ruling, adding that this has been the case all along, and that the right to film police officers is not just restricted to the press.

This is an example of the police overstepping their bounds. These asshole are breaking into a man’s home, then shooting his dogs, and for what you might ask?

Marijuana. Just enough to get a misdemeanor charge at best.

I am afraid, if the police came to my house by mistake, then in all likelihood, there would be at least one dead cop, probably more, and my ass would be dead too.Someone tries breaking into my house in the middle of the night, I get up with my pistol in hand racked and stacked, booger hook on the bang switch.

Because they don’t get their fucking intel right, a family is terrorized by these assholes and their pets are shot.

Watch the video, and then check this out:

Another boneheaded cop letting his mouth overload his ass. Well, Detective, idiots like you are why we have the Second Amendment. We need to be able to protect ourselves from self righteous assholes like you. Your badge does not give you more rights than anyone else douche bag. Your job is to enforce the law, not make it up as you go, or to use what authority you’ve been given by the PEOPLE to suit your whims. Idiot.

East Palo Alto cop: Shoot a gun owner, get ‘2 weeks off!!!’
David Codrea

There’s a disturbing, infuriating story in the Daily News about open carriers–or more accurately, about comments East Palo Alto police detective Rod Tuason allegedly made about them on his Facebook page:

“Sounds like you had someone practicing their 2nd amendment rights last night!” Tuason wrote. “Should’ve pulled the AR out and prone them all out! And if one of them makes a furtive movement … 2 weeks off!!!”

Tuason even took the opportunity to ridicule the fact that “law-abiding” gun owners can’t get concealed carry permits. From the screenshot on the “Oaklander” blog”:

Haha that’s when you attend one of their meetings and laugh at them cuz they can only dream to have a ccw…

We’ve seen the “Only One” attitude at its most ridiculous–I developed the meme in response to DEA agent Lee Paige: “I’m the only one in this room professional enough that I know of to carry this Glock .40,” he told a roomful of school kids in an anti-gun/drug lecture, then proceeded to shoot himself in the foot trying to holster the weapon.

Four officers killed by a low life piece of shit. He was pardoned by Mike Huckabee 10 years ago. Just in case you were wondering, Huckabee is a RINO.

But, the true issue here is that a known felon killed four police officers in a cold blooded ambush. Completely unprovoked.

My prayers for their families; may God have mercy on their souls and give peace to their families and strength in this hour of mourning.

City of Lakewood Identifies Slain Police Officers

Lakewood Police Chief Bret Farrar publicly identified the four slain police officers after an extensive and very difficult notification process. “All four of our slain officers had been with this department since it started five years ago. Sergeant Mark Renninger and Officers Ronald Owens, Tina Griswold, and Greg Richards were police veterans when they started and all have been outstanding professionals. This is a very difficult time for our families and our officers. The families will have many challenges ahead of them and we ask that their privacy be respected. Please keep our families and Lakewood Police in your prayers.”

Cops: Suspect in Officer Executions May Be Dead

SEATTLE —  A suspect in the slaying of four police officers who were gunned down in a suburban coffee shop was surrounded by police at a Seattle house early Monday, wounded and possibly dead, police said.

Negotiators were trying to communicate with Maurice Clemmons, 37, using loudspeakers, explosions and even a robot to try to prod him from hiding. At one point, gunshots rang through the neighborhood, about 30 miles from the original crime scene.

“We have determined that in fact he has been shot,” said Ed Troyer, a spokesman for the Pierce County Sheriff. “He may be deceased from his gunshot wound.

Clemmons, who has a long criminal history — including a long prison sentence commuted by former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee nearly a decade ago — became the prime target Sunday in the search for the killer of Lakewood police Sgt. Mark Renninger, 39, and Officers Ronald Owens, 37, Tina Griswold, 40, and Greg Richards, 42.

Seattle Police: Cop-Killing Suspect on the Loose

Police in Washington state say the suspect in the killings of four police officers in a Seattle-area coffee shop is not inside the house that they’ve surrounded since early Monday morning.

Negotiators spent the night trying to communicate with 37-year-old Maurice Clemmons, but discovered after a search of the Seattle house and that the suspect was not inside.

Sometimes, cops have way too much power over human life. In this case, I feel that this particular scumbag in a uniform should be charged with murder.

NEVER Seek “Help” from the State’s Armed Enforcers
By William Grigg

Niles Leo Meservey, a 51-year-old resident of Stanwood, Washington, was drunk and belligerent when he slumped into the seat behind the steering wheel of his Corvette last June 10.

Meservey had been cut off by the bartender after he had inflicted his unwanted attention on a couple of women at a nearby club, briefly dragging one of them onto the dance floor.

Several people were worried about the prospect of the intoxicated man attempting to drive home when he clearly presented a risk to himself and others. One of them, Trisha Tribble, called 911.
