How’s that “hope and change” working out for you?

Not so well eh? Yeah, I thought so too.

It’s time to stop the government’s subsidizing of green energy. If that shit was viable, private enterprise would have been all over it a long time ago.

This is just another avenue for government to control you. Don’t believe their hype.

$9 Billion in ‘Stimulus’ for Solar, Wind Projects Made 910 Final Jobs — $9.8 Million Per Job

By Michael W. Chapman and Fred Lucas

( – The Obama administration distributed $9 billion in economic “stimulus” funds to solar and wind projects in 2009-11 that created, as the end result, 910 “direct” jobs — annual operation and maintenance positions — meaning that it cost about $9.8 million to establish each of those long-term jobs.

At the same time, those green energy projects also created, in the end, about 4,600 “indirect” jobs – positions indirectly supported by the annual operation and maintenance jobs — which means they cost about $1.9 million each ($9 billion divided by 4,600).

Combined (910 + 4,600 = 5,510), the direct and indirect jobs cost, on average, about $1.63 million each to produce.

Not so well.
Green energy is a load of bullshit.
Well, I guess that really isn’t green energy is it?

The loons on the left that think green energy is the way to go fail to realize that wind and solar power doesn’t create the energy needed to support modern life. In other words, your fucking IPad isn’t going to run on wind power. Neither are the farms of servers that you are trying to gain access through to your favorite porn site.
You need energy that is reliable, cheap, and can be used at the flip of a switch. Wind and solar need acres of area to produce anything viable, and even that is a fraction of what the consumers would need.

Green Welfare, Green Taxes, Green Poverty

By Peter Ferrara

The road to hell is paved with Obama’s Green intentions.

What would you do if gangs of robbers roamed your neighborhood at night, breaking into your neighbors’ houses and stealing their family jewels and life savings? You would arm yourself, and your family members of sufficient age, to defend your property. Or you would move to a safer neighborhood.

But if the robbers formed gangs called Greenpeace, the Sierra Club, or the Natural Resources Defense Fund, and assaulted your standard of living, the Che Guevara Democrats expect you to greet them with open arms, and gleefully turn over bushels of your cash, until your life savings is gone, and your standard of living has been reduced to the level of Argentina.

That third world destination is where Obama’s “green energy” economic strategy is taking America, all while he tells us sweet fairy tales about how this path is the road to 21st century prosperity.

How many does this make? Seems like a broken record with this administration.

Stimulus-Backed ‘Green’ Bankruptcy of the Week: Ener1

By Doug Powers

When the story of the Department of Energy’s green loan program is written someday, the entire book will be contained in chapter 11:

After months of financial turmoil, an Energy Department-backed lithium ion battery company has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

The company, Ener1, received a $118 million grant from DOE in 2010 as part of the president’s stimulus package. The money, which went to Ener1 subsidiary EnerDel, aimed to promote renewable energy storage battery technology for electrical grid use.

But despite generous federal support for the company, Ener1 was racked by problems last year. In October, NASDAQ delisted the company due to non-compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission filing requirements. A month later, the company’s president, chief executive, and top financial officer were fired.

On Thursday, Ener1 announced it will initiate a pre-packaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan as part of an agreement to restructure the company’s debt obligations.

The problem? Something the government often fails to take into account when spending tons of other people’s money because they think it can be artificially created later on: Product demand

If you think this was about the planet warming, you’re a bigger idiot than I thought. This is and has always been an attempt by the left to create a one world government. Global warming deniers, such as myself see right through this bullshit.

The UN must be stopped at all costs. It is doing its absolute best to take away what freedoms we have left in favor of this leftist utopia that will lead to the deaths of millions if they are unchecked.

If your not pissed off, you’re not paying attention. The shit that they espouse will bankrupt every western nation and give a leg up to all the third world despots. Global warming is a sham.

UN Calls For Eco-Fascist World Government At Durban Summit

“International Climate Court of Justice” would force western nations to pay “climate debt”Paul Joseph WatsonInfowars.comUPDATED Sunday December 11, 2011UPDATE: World Government Climate Deal Fails In DurbanBureaucrats at the UN Climate Summit in Durban have outlined plans for the most draconian, harebrained and madcap climate change treaty ever produced, under which the west would be mandated to respect “the rights of Mother Earth” by paying a “climate debt” which would act as a slush fund for bankrolling an all-powerful world government.

From American Thinker:

Scientists in Revolt against Global Warming

By Karin McQuillan

Global warming became a cause to save life on earth before it had a chance to become good science. The belief that fossil fuel use is an emergency destroying our planet by CO2 emissions took over the media and political arena by storm. The issue was politicized so quickly that the normal scientific process was stunted. We have never had a full, honest national debate on either the science or government policy issues.

Everyone “knows” that global warming is true. The public has no idea of the number of scientists — precisely one thousand at last count of a congressional committee — who believe that global warming is benign and natural, and that it ended in 1998. We have not been informed of the costs to our economy of discouraging fossil fuel development and promoting alternatives. The public need to know the choices being made on their behalf, and to have a say in the matter. We are constantly told that the scientific and policy debate on global warming is over. It has just begun.

What is never discussed is this: the theory of global warming has catastrophic implications for our economy and national security. Case in point: Obama’s recent decision to block the Keystone pipeline in order to placate global warming advocates. Key Democrat supporters fear the use of oil more than they care about losing jobs or our dangerous dependence on the Mideast for oil. The president delayed the pipeline by fiat, and the general public has had no say. (For the impact on our economy, see my article, “The Whole Country Can Be Rich.”)

President Obama has spoken out passionately on the danger of developing oil and gas because of man-made global warming. “What we can be scientifically certain of is that our continued use of fossil fuels is pushing us to a point of no return. And unless we free ourselves from a dependence on these fossil fuels and chart a new course on energy in this country, we are condemning future generations to global catastrophe.”

Obama calls for the debate to end. He cites hurricanes as proof: “dangerous weather patterns and devastating storms are abruptly putting an end to the long-running debate over whether or not climate change is real. Not only is it real — it’s here, and its effects are giving rise to a frighteningly new global phenomenon: the man-made natural disaster.”

Happily, our president is wrong. The worst hurricanes were in 1926, the second-worst in 1900. The world’s top hurricane experts say that there is no evidence that global warming affects storms. There is no such thing as a man-made hurricane. Storm cycles and long patterns of bad weather are entirely natural. Yet this good news is suppressed by our politicized media. We hear only one side.

Uh oh, global warming loons: here comes Climategate II!

November 22, 2011Breaking news: two years after the Climategate, a further batch of emails has been leaked onto the internet by a person – or persons – unknown. And as before, they show the “scientists” at the heart of the Man-Made Global Warming industry in a most unflattering light. Michael Mann, Phil Jones, Ben Santer, Tom Wigley, Kevin Trenberth, Keith Briffa – all your favourite Climategate characters are here, once again caught red-handed in a series of emails exaggerating the extent of Anthropogenic Global Warming, while privately admitting to one another that the evidence is nowhere near as a strong as they’d like it to be.In other words, what these emails confirm is that the great man-made global warming scare is not about science but about political activism. This, it seems, is what motivated the whistleblower ‘FOIA 2011′ or “thief”, as the usual suspects at RealClimate will no doubt prefer to tar him or her to go public.

An inconvenient truth my ass…

The Inconvenient Truth about Species ExtinctionBy James D. Agresti”Overall, species loss is now occurring at a rate 1,000 times greater than the natural background rate,” says Al Gore in the Academy Award-winning documentary An Inconvenient Truth. However, new data published in a peer-reviewed journal illustrate how this claim, shown in the video clip below, is radically misleading.
