…Obama is deliberately circumventing the laws of this country and in so doing is dismantling any semblance of America’s storied dedication to the principles of freedom. I am personally ashamed of the President, the Congress and about half of the American people.

Opening the flood gates to these people will bring their third world view of things, which means that freedom isn’t on their minds, just how much free shit can they get from Uncle Sugar.

Those people generally on the left, but also from the right that think bringing in more people will some how spark an economic boom of some sort are delusional at best. From 2000 to present, all employment growth went to aliens, both legal and illegal than went to American citizens. Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions R-AL has warned all of his colleagues in Congress that President Barack Obama’s new immigration strategy—his plans to legalize millions of illegal alien adults through executive power—could destroy America as we know it.

“I write to inform you of a development that threatens the foundation of our constitutional Republic,” Sessions, Congress’s top immigration hawk, wrote in a letter that was hand-delivered to all 535 members of Congress on Monday and provided exclusively to Breitbart News.

Sessions cites a recent report from the National Journal, in which reporter Major Garrett detailed how, despite the ongoing crisis at the border, Obama plans to legalize anywhere from five to six million illegal alien adults in much the same way he did for illegal alien minors through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals DACA in summer 2012.

House Republicans’ Secret Immigration Ploy

House Republicans are quietly working to insert immigration legislation into the text of the Department of Defense authorization bill that would allow so-called DREAMers to obtain permanent legal residency by joining the military, Breitbart News has learned.

The language, which if successful would mark the first effort by House Republicans to provide any form of amnesty since the GOP took control of the House in 2010, has set off a panic among top immigration hawks that the effort could open an immigration Pandora’s box, paving the way for broader legislation.

Sophomore Republican Rep. Jeff Denham of California, a close ally of GOP Whip Kevin McCarthy, is leading the push to add the text of his “ENLIST Act” into the National Defense Authorization Act, which could come to the House floor as early as next month.

The effort, which has not previously been reported, is fairly advanced, and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte – who killed the proposal as an amendment to last year’s NDAA in a dramatic floor struggle – is weighing whether to approve the maneuver, which would circumvent his committee on one of its key matters of jurisdiction.

“We’re working on it,” Goodlatte said.

Please note that this request by you for a cash donation from me is extremely unfortunate and very ill-timed. You see sir, I am one of the military retirees your “bipartisan” budget just impacted. You and every Republican both in the House and Senate that voted to pass this travesty betrayed and broke trust with me and everyone like me. You may not know us by name, but we’re the people, Congressman, who answered our Nation’s call, some of us at a very early age to willingly serve YOU and others LIKE YOU so you could safely attend college and pursue your personal ambitions without fear of harm.

You might also want to note that for at least 20 years, my brothers-in-arms answered that call of duty EVERY SINGLE DAY, without fail, without complaint, without enough money to sustain our loved ones we had to leave behind while we DID OUR JOB in every corner of the Earth. And for that service, we were given absolute assurance our so-called retirement benefits would be protected by law. The very law you shattered in your zeal to impress your Democratic cohorts in your back room deal–with the enemy. Yes, I said it. The liberal Democrats are an enemy to the American people and our Nation. Your lack of judgement and eagerness to compromise on the backs of us who protected you is sickening. Congressman, you and every Republican that voted for injuring military retirees have engaged in a complicit, sordid affair with the Democrats who’s objective has always been to dismantle the military. By climbing into their bed on this issue, you have confirmed you are absolutely no better than they and have proven it with your vote.

Congressman Ryan, the audacity which you display is noteworthy, but to unceremoniously snatch earned money from a small group that has added so much more value than the paltry $6B you looked to “save” which is all smoke and mirrors and you know it, is reprehensible and insulting.

We have, despite the hardships, meager salaries and harsh conditions, have performed with honor and excellence…in silence, which is something most members of Congress have no idea about doing. Our job approval was, is and always be better than yours. We knew our mission and we got it done, then handed it off to a new generation in better shape than we found it.

Your ability to look us in the eye, take money from us apparently there was ZERO, other source of waste within the federal government that you could have recovered this money from…right, got it, while simultaneously holding your hand out to beg with passion for our cash is stunning. Your actions have proven you do not have the tremendous intellect you’ve sold the American people on. I say, with all seriousness, Congressman, what you lack in intellect and spinal rigidity, you make up for in cajones.

I hope you and your cowardly, Republican “colleagues” hear a message from me loud and clear. You will NEVER receive another cent of financial support from me. Further, if you happen to be at a Capitol Hill dinner or at a K Street cocktail party with RNC Chair Reince Priebus, Rep. Ron Barber, Sen. Jeff Flake or Sen. John McCain, I would be honored if you communicate with them that I am launching an effort to ensure NONE of you traitorous “representatives of the people” ever receive another vote from a military retiree. …granted, there’s plenty of blame to share, but I lay this squarely on the shoulder of Obama. He and his Democrat Party wanted exactly this, betting on the media locking their collective lips squarely on Obama’s ass. The level of ass sucking by the media is unbelievable. They are a disgrace to the profession of reporting the news. They’ve become Obama’s personal propaganda arm, and the Congress wants to make sure that they are the “only ones” authorized to be journalists. What an absolute failure of government, and the liberal media again, give democrats a pass.

It was the Democrats who held a super majority for two years and still have yet to even pass a budget hello!. It was the Democrats who then wasted $800B on Obama’s “Stimu-less” despite 80% of the people opposing it. It was the Democrats who then cut the military budget by $400 Billion, or 25% of their operating budget during war time, in 2010. It was the Democrats who then passed Obamacare behind closed doors, and told us to pass it to find out what’s in it, despite the American people opposing it. Make no mistake, the Democrats own the Fiscal Cliff and just like Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George HW Bush, Bill Clinton & George W. Bush—Obama will also get credit for the economy & tax rate under his watch.

The Great Government Shutdown is not that big a deal, even for the government. The federal civilian workforce includes 2.9 million bureaucrats. Out of that, only 800,000 are being furloughed, or just 27%. Even for these workers, the shutdown just amounts to a paid vacation for a few days.

Just like the overballyhood sequester, average Americans won’t notice any change in their lives at all. But for those you who are offended and indignant by the shutdown, or who know somebody who is, I can tell you how to fix it.The Real Reason for the Shutdown.

The government is shut down for only one reason. Barack Obama and the Democrats wanted a shutdown. That is because Obama and the Democrats are so certain that the public will blame the Republicans. Why are we not doing more with OUR southern border.
You know, to maybe fight drug and human trafficking coming in from Mexico.

That would be a great plan.

Instead, they offer us amnesty for illegal aliens, promises of a fence, and more enforcement.

Obama Administration Considers Plan to Bolster Mexico’s Southern Border
Three-layer security line 140 miles from southern border aimed to fight drug, human trafficking

Obama administration and Mexican government officials recently discussed creating a three-tier security system designed to protect Mexico’s southern border from drug and human traffickers, according to U.S. officials.

The border control plan calls for U.S. funding and technical support of three security lines extending more than 100 miles north of Mexico’s border with Guatemala and Belize. The border security system would use sensors and intelligence-gathering to counter human trafficking and drug running from the region, a major source of illegal immigration into the United States.

According to the officials who discussed the U.S.-Mexican talks on condition of anonymity, the Mexican government proposed setting up three security cordons using electronic sensors and other security measures along the southern Mexican border, along a line some 20 miles from the southern border, and along a third security line about 140 miles from the southern Mexican territorial line.

The plan would be funded in part through the Merida Initiative, a U.S.-led anti-drug trafficking program that has involved nearly $2 billion in U.S. funds.

Border security was a major topic during the visit to Mexico last month by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Acting Commissioner Thomas Winkowski, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Assistant Secretary Alan Bersin.

NO AMNESTY!
Stop destroying America with foolish legislation that does more harm to America than any other monstrosity you in the Senate have created outside of Obamacare.

Americans need jobs now.
Americans are overwhelmingly against amnesty.
We want our borders secure and we want you to enforce the laws as they are now.

This is a complete failure on your part.
I am disgusted with you and the other clown that calls herself a Senator as well.

I am one pissed off American because I am paying attention to you people destroying this country one amendment at a time.

Do what you said you would do when you swore your oath to the Constitution.
You are a liar and should be tossed out on your ass.

You aren’t listening to us and this one will cost you. No fucking amnesty. Secure the border. That’s all you need to start with.
Secure the border, then you can come back and look at the other issues.

Stop rewarding criminals and their children over America.
America has the right to secure borders and nothing you idiots have done so far has come even close to that.

Not the Senate’s version.

Not the House’s version.

America’s version. Close the borders. Make it a national security priority. 18 months and it could be done.

During his sabbatical, a university professor wishes to come to Florida to interview me for a study he is doing on black Tea Partiers. He said he wants to find out why “you think the way you think.” Why do I get the feeling this guy believes that black conservatives are a strange phenomenon, almost unique as discovering a Bigfoot? This professor is flying all the way to Florida to actually meet me, an extremely rare species — a Blackus Conservativus.

As believers in traditional values such as faith in God, family, and country, conservatives are viciously attacked by the mainstream media, which function as enforcers, punishing all who dare challenge the left’s socialist/progressive agenda. The MSM portrays conservatives as nutcase extremists; take Col. Allen West, Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, and Ted Cruz to name a few.

Liberals decry as “kooky” those of us who believe that the institution of marriage should continue to remain the union of one man and one woman. Expecting the president to obey the Constitution is also declared by Obama media sycophants and the mainstream media a bit nutty, mean-spirited, racist, and extreme.

The left, assisted by their buddies in the MSM, use a very effective tactic to render conservatives politically impotent. They accuse us of being haters and aggressors, all the while forcing every item on their socialist/progressive list down America’s throats. Conservatives who were simply minding their own business are branded the bad guys.

Conservatives are swiftly becoming an ever-increasingly “silenced majority” — persecuted, intimidated, and bullied into shutting up. Rush Limbaugh says our country is in the midst of a peaceful takeover. America as founded is slipping away daily.

New Gun Laws Won’t Prevent Another Sandy Hook

There’s no guarantee new regulations will prevent another tragedy.

That’s the logical, if grim, conclusion to be drawn from a new Congressional Research Service Report on “Public Mass Shootings in the United States.” CRS strives to be studiously neutral, so they’re not going to put it quite like that.

Instead, the report’s authors say things like “the utility of widely employed preventive measures in these areas [law enforcement and public health] to fight public mass shootings is far from clear.”

As the Daily Beast’s Megan McCardle observed in December, “it is beyond horrible to suggest that even a small number of attacks are largely unavoidable. I don’t like saying it. Unfortunately, I think it’s true.” The tragic fact is, there’s not a great deal that public policy can do to avert spree shootings.

Still, it’s worth asking, as CRS does, “what are the parameters of this threat?” The report defines “public mass shootings” as incidents involving four or more deaths and “gunmen who select victims somewhat indiscriminately,” excluding drug trafficking, gang activity and terrorism.
