…are due to me being sick.
I’ve been sick since Thanksgiving. Started out sneezing my ass off all night and then coughing. The aches and pains came along shortly afterwards and then the sore throat.
Pretty crappy weekend for that. Stayed home today. I should be able to go to work tomorrow. My posts will pick up as I feel better.
At least I got to see my brother before he ships out.
I’m not saying where, or the unit. He’s going to be gone for a while and it sucks. I’ll say where he is in a later post when it’s not an OPSEC (operational security) issue.

In an effort to make you feel better by comparison, I passed my 1st kidney stone this weekend.
As a result, my previous definition of pain has forever been altered….

I feel for you. I have yet to experience a kidney stone. I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.
