My Dad has passed away.
He died yesterday afternoon. He was 74.
Dad served in the Army from 1959-1963 as a tanker. He served two years in Texas and 3 years in Germany where he met my Mom.
Rest in peace Dad.

Wednesday my son and I went to the USMC logistics base Barstow and watched the Drum and Bugle Corps and the Silent Drill Team perform. Excellent showing.

Been busy with an audit at work. This is taking up all my time, so I can’t even keep up with the news, let alone try to post anything about the day’s events.
I will try as best I can.

Been internet challenge the last few days, hence the lack of posts.
I shall remedy that right short like.
My phone was inoperative, for a week, but still had internet access. Had Verizon come out to fix it finally, which they did. After they fixed the phone line, no internet. Aarrrgghh!
Now it is back up.

My first wife was similar in that she couldn’t go without the sex for the six months that I was gone in Desert Storm, so I get it in a different way, I guess.

I’ve been MIA for a while. Several reasons, new job and I also took a trip this past weekend.
I am still learning my new duties and responsibilities at work, so that takes up a lot of my effort at the moment.
I did take a trip to Point Mugu this past Martin L. King weekend.
