Second Amendment: The Obama Administration Planning a Second-term Attack on Gun Rights… Monday, Dec 12 2011

You still think this asshole isn’t after your guns? Think again. Just look at the Fast & Furious debacle to get a clue. That operation’s sole purpose was to give the gun grabbing douche bags an excuse to go after the Second Amendment in earnest.

Obama administration officials are deliberately keeping gun owners in the dark about the president’s gun-control agenda as we head into next year’s national election, because administration officials know that when NRA members and gun owners show up at the polls en masse, anti-gun candidates lose.

The Obama campaign’s strategy goes like this:

1. Neutralize gun owners and NRA members as a political force in the upcoming national election by pretending to be pro-gun or at least not focused on pushing a gun-control agenda;

2. With gun owners neutralized, Obama will be able to win the election. After the president is re-elected, he won’t have to answer to voters because he won’t have to face another re-election battle;

3. Launch a full-scale, all-out assault to rip the Second Amendment out of the Bill of Rights through legislation, litigation, regulation, executive orders and international treaties — in short, every lever of power at the administration’s disposal.

Barack Obama spent his entire political career proudly and publicly pushing for the most radical anti-gun positions you can imagine. He endorsed a total ban on the manufacture, sale and possession of handguns. He opposed right-to-carry laws. He voted to ban nearly all commonly used hunting-rifle ammunition.

DHS Shut Down Blog For A Year On False Pretenses… Friday, Dec 9 2011

More and more the government takes away our freedoms. More and more until we have no more freedoms. If you think this is idle chat, I suggest that you start paying attention. The Democrats and their enablers (media) will continue to nibble away at our freedoms, until they are completely gone.

The analogy of the frog in a pot comes to mind. Just keep turning up the heat a little at a time until the water is boiling, then it’s too late for the frog.

It’s time to wake up frogs.

DHS is overstepping its bounds. This administration and their lackeys continue to violate the Constitution at every opportunity.

Obama must be defeated in the next election, or this country’s freedoms will be surely lost.

El Paso Residents ‘Under the Gun’ When Peaceably Addressing Government… Monday, Dec 5 2011

This is pretty pathetic and scary all at once. Freedom of speech and the right to bare arms are infringed all at once. This is the future of America, if Democrats get their way. No redress of grievances and no guns to defend yourself from their tyranny.

Wake up America. We don’t need another Britain.

via Why are El Paso residents ‘under the gun’ when peaceably addressing government? – National gun rights | Examiner.com.

“Mayor: Freedom of speech is over,” a story filed this morning by Bob Unruh on WorldNetDaily reports.A citizen attempting to address the El Paso City Council was given only 70 seconds to speak by Mayor John Cook when he abruptly cut her off, declaring: “Thank you, your time is over. If you can’t remove yourself from the podium, I’ll have you removed. Yeah. You can take your freedom of speech outside.”This is spite of the fact that the First Amendment specifically articulates a right “to petition the government for a redress of grievances,” and all public officials, per Article. VI. of the Constitution specifically requires “all executive and judicial Officers…of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution…”

Senate Moves To Allow Military To Intern Americans Without Trial… Monday, Nov 28 2011

This is a bad idea. Shades of Lincoln all over again. These morons are bound and determined to destroy the US Constitution and the rights that are inerrant in our society.

This scares the hell out of me.

Senate Moves To Allow Military To Intern Americans Without Trial

November 28, 2011

The Senate is set to vote on a bill today that would define the whole of the United States as a “battlefield” and allow the U.S. Military to arrest American citizens in their own back yard without charge or trial.“The Senate is going to vote on whether Congress will give this president—and every future president — the power to order the military to pick up and imprison without charge or trial civilians anywhere in the world. The power is so broad that even U.S. citizens could be swept up by the military and the military could be used far from any battlefield, even within the United States itself,” writes Chris Anders of the ACLU Washington Legislative Office.

Eric Holder Lied, People Died… Tuesday, Oct 4 2011

Yeah, this asshole lied. He lies. Obama lies. Democrats lie. It’s that simple. It’s time to impeach. Fire them all!

These lying assholes have gotten people killed, and they don’t give a shit. The MSM doesn’t give a shit either.

Holder Lied, People Died

“New documents obtained by CBS News show Attorney General Eric Holder was sent briefings on the controversial Fast and Furious operation as far back as July 2010,” Sharyll Atkisson reports.

That directly contradicts his statement to Congress.

Proof now exists that as early as July, 2010, Holder had been apprised:

The investigation, initiated in September 2009 in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Phoenix Police Department, involves a Phoenix-based firearms trafficking ring…and straw purchasers are responsible for the purchase of 1,500 firearms that were then smuggled to Mexican drug trafficking cartels.

Did Eric Holder Lie To Congress?Operation Fast and Furious continues to simmer. Included in the weekend data dump, though, was something sure to heat it up.

New documents obtained by CBS News show Attorney General Eric Holder was sent briefings on the controversial Fast and Furious operation as far back as July 2010. That directly contradicts his statement to Congress. On May 3, 2011, Holder told a Judiciary Committee hearing, “I’m not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.” emphasis added.

Well, I mean that’s an easy mistake to make. Ten months. A few weeks. What’s the big diff?

Appeals Court Rules It Is Not Illegal To Film Police… Friday, Sep 2 2011

This is so prevalent in the MFM that it needs to be posted and rebutted.

It is NOT illegal to film cops! Never has been.

Now the First Circuit has ruled that to be the case. It is NOT illegal to film cops.

Cops have been know to harass people that are filming them and trying to convince them that it is illegal to film them. That is either willful ignorance, or just a straight out lie. I tend to lean towards the latter.

Read the story:

Appeals Court Rules It Is Not Illegal To Film Police

Paul Joseph Watson

Americans still being arrested for recording cops as a consequence of mass hoax

Despite the mass hoax still being promulgated by both the mainstream media and local authorities across America, the First Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that it is not illegal for citizens to videotape police officers when they are on public duty.

“The filming of government officials while on duty is protected by the First Amendment, said the Court,” reports Daily Tech.

“The filming of government officials engaged in their duties in a public place, including police officers performing their responsibilities, fits comfortably within these principles [of protected First Amendment activity].,” said the Court. “Gathering information about government officials in a form that can readily be disseminated to others serves a cardinal First Amendment interest in protecting and promoting the free discussion of governmental affairs,” stated the ruling, adding that this has been the case all along, and that the right to film police officers is not just restricted to the press.

Vote: Elect Paul Schrader for San Bernardino Sheriff, on June 8, 2010 Thursday, Jun 3 2010

Email from Paul Schrader. Get out there and vote! This is the sheriff that San Bernardino County needs! Don’t let the corruption and ineptitude continue in this office! It’s the largest county in America and we don’t even have a K9 unit!

Vote  June 8, 2010

There has been a cloud of corruption over the San Bernardino  County government for the past decade. So much corruption that even elected  officials who have not been involved in any scandals are viewed with suspicion  by the citizens of San Bernardino County.

My goal is to give the citizens of San Bernardino County  something that is desperately needed; A Fresh Start. That start begins with  concerned, responsive elected officials. A Fresh Start with innovative plans and  solutions to the challenges we face. Fresh, proactive leadership that will  restore faith, hope, and the belief that a better future for our families and  our children is not only possible, but is something we can accomplish together.  No longer will the citizens of San Bernardino be barred from participating in the design of our future, your voices silenced or unheard. I pledge to you that  there will be a Fresh Start in law enforcement, that you will be a part of it,  your voice will be heard.

I will use my 27 years of experience in City, County, and  Federal law enforcement together with your input, your thoughts, and your ideas  to create a fresh, new atmosphere of cooperation between the community and law enforcement.

By joining together, you and I can make that Fresh Start a  reality.

Together we can develop a cooperation between the community and law  enforcement that will be a model for other counties to follow.

If you believe with me that San Bernardino County deserves this  kind of cooperation and leadership, vote for me, Paul Schrader for Sheriff, on  June 8, 2010 Telephone 909-732-6964 or www.sheriffpaul.net

UN More Dangerous than Obama? Friday, May 14 2010

I have always hated the UN. I think it is the most corrupt organization on the planet next to the DNC.

They are out to take away the rights of the individual in favor of  a one world government.

Keep a sharp eye on these bastards.

Howard Nemerov goes through them with a fine tooth comb and has some excellent charts and statistics as is usual for him.

UN Determined to Destroy America’s Second Amendment
The United Nations wants to control small arms in order to promote peace and security, but their own research contradicts this rhetoric.
by Howard Nemerov

The Heritage Foundation is America’s “most broadly supported public policy research institute,” promoting “public policies based on the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense.”

Each year, the Heritage Foundation publishes the “Economic Freedom Index,” which analyzes ten economic variables for each country. The Heritage Foundation defines economic freedom as:

[I]ndividuals are free to work, produce, consume, and invest in any way they please, and that freedom is both protected by the state and unconstrained by the state.

The Heritage Foundation rates countries by the following grading scale: Economically “Free” countries have an overall score of 80-100; “Mostly Free” between 70 and 79.9; “Moderately Free” between 60 and 69.9, “Mostly Unfree” between 50 and 59.9; and economically “Repressed” countries average an overall score under 50.

The Heritage Foundation explains the difference between economic freedom and repression:

All government action involves coercion. Some minimal coercion is necessary for the citizens of a community or nation to defend themselves, promote the evolution of civil society, and enjoy the fruits of their labor…

When government coercion rises beyond the minimal level, however, it becomes corrosive to freedom—and the first freedom affected is economic freedom.

WTF? Police Out of Control… Thursday, May 6 2010

This is an example of the police overstepping their bounds. These asshole are breaking into a man’s home, then shooting his dogs, and for what you might ask?

Marijuana. Just enough to get a misdemeanor charge at best.

I am afraid, if the police came to my house by mistake, then in all likelihood, there would be at least one dead cop, probably more, and my ass would be dead too.Someone tries breaking into my house in the middle of the night, I get up with my pistol in hand racked and stacked, booger hook on the bang switch.

Because they don’t get their fucking intel right, a family is terrorized by these assholes and their pets are shot.
