On Abortion:

Roe Is Only the Beginning

By Kyle-Anne Shiver

I have always frankly admitted that abortion is murder, the extermination of the powerless by the powerful. Liberals for the most part have shrunk from facing the ethical consequences of their embrace of abortion, which results in the annihilation of concrete individuals and not just clumps of insensate tissue.

- Camille Paglia

If given the choice, I always prefer to debate atheists, such as Camille Paglia, on the abortion issue. The arguments are simple, direct and uncomplicated by walls of denial.

An atheist’s defense of abortion, as opposed to say, first degree murder for money, rests upon a single characteristic of the unborn child: location. In this view, we accept the reality of our murdering the “unwanted” child for our own convenience, simply because the child requires his mother’s womb to continue living. In the atheist’s mind, this matter of utter dependence confers the right to kill without provocation.

Abortion: The Unspoken Jihad

By Matt Spivey

In Arabic, the word “jihad” means “inner struggle,” and for those involved in one particular battle, there is no simple answer and varying perspectives cause, in many cases, violent reactions and repercussions. That word has come to signify the murder of innocence and the demolition of security in a time of worldwide uncertainty. The death toll keeps rising as years keep passing, and fighting in this war guarantees earning the label of “radical,” “extremist,” or “fanatic.” Yet those who do keep fighting are actually trying to save lives. With the 36th year of Roe v. Wade passing today, the war rages on.

Sarah Palin was the only candidate in the 2008 election to take a truly vocal stance in her pro-life values, and as we all have learned, she lives what she believes. For her efforts in promoting life and keeping sacred every human, no matter how small, she received the above adjectives from liberals as famous as Michael Moore, who called her “an extremist,” to the most unimportant of bloggers who called her “one of those radical Christians” and a “flaky fanatic.” And it’s not just the big-mouth blowhards who took the potshots. Even widely read publications like Newsweek have said her “pro-life extremism is…ethically flawed.” The Huffington Post called her “the most extremist” candidate we have seen in decades, if ever. And NARAL unsurprisingly released headlines describing her as “radically pro-life.” But perhaps Palin’s “pro-life fanaticism” was masquerading as another term her opponents misconstrued — common sense.

A Tale of Two Churches Tuesday, Dec 16 2008

One is racist, the other isn’t. We report, you decide.

A Tale of Two Churches

This is a tale of two American churches. One is in a major city. The other is in a small town. One preaches hatred of America and its institutions. The other preaches love and patriotism. One is infected with a toxic dogma known as Black Liberation Theology. The other espouses the Gospel of Jesus Christ. One was just firebombed. Guess which one.

Barack Obama spent twenty years sitting in the pews of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, listening to some of the foulest teaching ever to come from the mouth of a “preacher.” That preacher was a poison-tongued demagogue named Jeremiah Wright, who has spewed racist lies and hateful conspiracies from his pulpit during his entire career.

Meanwhile, in Wasilla, Alaska, an evangelical church, attended by Gov. Sarah Palin and her family, teaches the true meaning of Christ’s message to His church and to a fallen world.

Christians and the Democrat Party Thursday, Nov 13 2008

I have always wondered how any Christian could vote for a Democrat. Just the very platform that the Democrats run on, mainly abortion, and homosexual marriage. Just these two items alone should make any Christian run the other way. Yet, year after year, Christians vote for Democrats. This goes totally against the teachings of the bible.

Life is precious in God’s eyes. Abortion is completely against His tenet.

Psalms 139:13-16: For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

There are many other references to life in the womb and its creation within the womb. Abortion is murder in God’s eyes. And if you aren’t religious then the mere thought of killing an innocent should be repulsive.

Apparently a Catholic Priest agrees:

SC priest: No communion for Obama supporters

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) – A South Carolina Roman Catholic priest has told his parishioners that they should refrain from receiving Holy Communion if they voted for Barack Obama because the Democratic president-elect supports abortion, and supporting him “constitutes material cooperation with intrinsic evil.”The Rev. Jay Scott Newman said in a letter distributed Sunday to parishioners at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greenville that they are putting their souls at risk if they take Holy Communion before doing penance for their vote.

“Our nation has chosen for its chief executive the most radical pro-abortion politician ever to serve in the United States Senate or to run for president,” Newman wrote, referring to Obama by his full name, including his middle name of Hussein.

“Voting for a pro-abortion politician when a plausible pro-life alternative exits constitutes material cooperation with intrinsic evil, and those Catholics who do so place themselves outside of the full communion of Christ’s Church and under the judgment of divine law. Persons in this condition should not receive Holy Communion until and unless they are reconciled to God in the Sacrament of Penance, lest they eat and drink their own condemnation.”

During the 2008 presidential campaign, many bishops spoke out on abortion more boldly than four years earlier, telling Catholic politicians and voters that the issue should be the most important consideration in setting policy and deciding which candidate to back. A few church leaders said parishioners risked their immortal soul by voting for candidates who support abortion rights.

In my opinion, this isn’t pushed hard enough by the other churches. There should be a universal outcry against abortion by all denominations of Christianity.

I don’t know why I’ve been on the abortion bent lately, but it is something that I feel should only be done in the event that the mother’s life is in question.

The idea that women who are raped need abortions is an absolute lie.

0 pregnancies out of 4500 rape cases

This crap is typical of the left.

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it….

That is all.

More on Abortion, or Moron Abortion Monday, Nov 10 2008

I blogged on this a little earlier. Mine was just the numbers. Here’s what it’s really all about:

Planned “Un-Parenthood” Strikes Again

The organization “Students for Life of America” has released yet another undercover video of a nurse at a New Jersey Planned “Un-Parenthood” facility describing how an abortion would be performed on a 22 week-old unborn child and admitting that some babies survive such abortions.  “It does happen,” the nurse said.

Well, here we are again with another YouTube.com or Eyeblast.tv video (www.eyeblast.tv/public/video.aspx?v=e46UqG8zSU) demonstrating either the illegality (i.e., not reporting minor girls pregnant by adult men) or immorality of Planned “Un-Parenthood” Clinics.

In the SFLA’s video, the nurse explains the late-term abortion procedure to the pregnant woman, while the woman questions the nurse about the details.  “Is the baby alive?” asks the pregnant woman.  “Usually not,” the nurse replies.  The woman asks if the baby could be born alive, to which the nurse responds: “Usually, for the most part no, but it does happen.  It’s an actual delivery,” her explanation continues, “but it wouldn’t be able to survive on its own, so eventually the baby does die.”

Guns vs Vehicles vs Abortion Friday, Oct 17 2008

Some people are the most fucking clueless when it comes to anything of importance. I give you a statistical analysis covering the years 1981-2001: These are the same years that I served in the Army. Just a coincidence really.

In the category of gun deaths; 707,635 deaths by gun occurred for all reasons. This included accidental shootings and legal shootings of criminals.

In the category of vehicle deaths; 948,135 vehicle deaths occurred during this time. This included motorcycles

In the category of abortions; 25,840,584 abortions occurred during this same time frame. I hope you assholes on the left are proud. This is a low estimate by the way. The CDC thinks that there are many more that were not reported for various reasons. Some states, including the communist state of Kalifornia didn’t report all their numbers.

These statistics are available at the CDC website.

I think we are focused on the wrong issue.

Guns don’t kill people. People with Dr. in their name kill millions in the name of “pro-choice”. What a fucking tragedy.

They should rename pro-choice to pro-murder. That’s really what it is. Doesn’t sound so sexy when it’s put into perspective, eh?

Oh, did I mention that I support California Proposition 4, the one where a minor can’t have a medical procedure hence forth known as infant murder, without the parents’ knowledge? I already voted absentee. That’s one. Assholes.

I also voted yes on Prop 8, marriage is defined as between a man and a woman, not some fucking abomination that the homos decided was a great idea.  Nothing personal, well, maybe it is personal.

Fuck off liberals.

Christianity Under Attack Saturday, Apr 5 2008

Christianity is under attack, and I won’t be quiet about it. If you are a Christian, or not, but believe in freedom of speech, and freedom of religion, that the Constitution guarantees, then don’t stand idly by and let the left’s homosexual agenda, the school indoctrination of Islam and their intolerance towards Christians continue.

Speak out against this whenever you encounter it and write your Representatives and Senators to let them know how you feel about this.

In the mean time, you can go to www.silencingchristians.com and view a series that addresses this issue. Don’t let this continue.

The fourth episode of “Speechless … Silencing the Christians” will air this Saturday night, April 5, at 8:30 p.m. (EDT) on INSP cable network. This is the fourth episode of “Speechless.”

Watch, and then forward the information to your family and friends!

This episode is titled “Olivia’s Song.” It tells the story of a little girl who was prohibited from singing about God in her school talent show. You can watch the program on INSP cable TV network. See if INSP is available in your area. Or you can see the newest episode online at www.silencingchristians.com.

You can view the fourth episode for free on the Web, but you must register to watch the program. Heavy online traffic at www.silencingchristians.com may slow down your computer. If so, we advise you to come back later and watch it. The program will be available for viewing all week.

All three of the previous episodes are also available for you to watch at www.silencingchristians.com.

What is the meaning of Easter? Sunday, Mar 23 2008

While the focus was once on Easter Sunday, now it is on the Easter Bunny. But Easter Sunday is much more than a day of colorful plastic eggs and chocolate bunnies; it is in fact a day that left the world forever changed.

It had been three days since Jesus had received the death penalty by popular vote. His friends and followers were devastated, as they had come to believe that He was not just an ordinary man, but the Son of God. He had performed miracles, healed every disease, and even brought a man back from the dead.

On that third day—the day we now celebrate as Easter Sunday—His friends went to His grave, but instead of finding His body, they found an open tomb with no body in it. In fact, what they saw was an angel who told them, “Don’t be afraid! I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He has been raised from the dead, just as He said it would happen” (Matthew 28:5, 6).

Jesus rose from the dead on Easter Sunday; now He offers to you the gift of eternal life and forgiveness of sins. This is the true story of Easter, and this salvation is for you.

Happy Easter and God Bless you.
