And on to better things…
The Second Amendment is in the Supreme Court being fought as District of Columbia v. Heller.
Supremely important case will examine the new anti-rights concept of “collective rights” vs. 200 years of individual rights decisions.
This is a momentous case in the history of the U.S. in that it actually may force the Supreme Court to make a decision as the wording on the Second Amendment.
As it stands, it looks favorable for the Second Amendment to be what the Framers intended, “an individual’s right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
As soon as there is more info on this, I’ll get it in here.
